I always enjoy wrapping gifts, but this year I went about it in a more thoughtful and creative way. Every year, I have hopes of wrapping the gifts I am giving to others in a unique way, but time runs out and I end up using whatever paper I find at Target.
This year, however, I started things much earlier (you know, earlier than like Christmas Eve) and was on the quest for the perfect accents to dress up my packages. I went for a mix of kraft paper and white wrapping paper (both rolls found at the Dollar Tree!), pretty gold glitter tape (Paper Source), merchandise tags (office supply store), red and white baker's twine (Paper Source), gold glitter glue (Target dollar section!), small glitter ball ornaments (Target dollar section!), and other random ribbon I found along the way.
I think that this year I had more fun wrapping than actually shopping for all the gifts, though I do love giving to others :)
This is soo cute! And much nicer than the wrapping paper you can buy in the stores! Such a nice and creative way to wrap gifts :)
