The Secret Proposal

I should probably start this off by saying that no, I am not engaged. Sorry to get your hopes up! ;) But this is fun too!

Yesterday, Dai and I went on a little adventure to Golden Gate Park and the Japanese Tea Garden there (more on that this week!). We were walking through the gardens when we came upon a little scene of two girls scattering rose petals and a chelloist practicing. We started talking to the girls because this was an interesting little set up and it turned out that they were two sisters setting up for their brother to propose to his girl. Dai and I were just like "AWWW..." and jokingly asked if we could hide out and watch. The sisters saw that I had my camera out and was like "Yes, actually if you don't mind maybe taking some photos... I could give you my e-mail and you could send them to me..." I was excited so I said yes and then we waited for about 10 minutes for the happy couple to show up. And here is what happened...

Doesn't it just warm your little heart? This was just too cute and fun not to share here. Dai and I loved being a part of this special moment and it was such a treat to do so. Everyone loves a good proposal, right? Have you ever stumbled upon a special moment like this?

Have a lovely and relaxing Sunday, friends!

Aww! I'm such a hopeless romantic and this made me tear up a little! Jesse is so un-romantic it makes me want to puke. When we get engaged hell probably just be like "hey, lets get married, here's a ring" and ill be like "where is my sweet music and flowers and big speech about how were meant to be?" haha!

So awesome that you got to witness such a beautiful moment!
